Bilingual Supermarket Assistant Store Manager

Position Overview: (duties include but are not limited to)
• Assist in management of day to day operation
• Analyze store reporting for maximum profitability
• Mentor and lead store employees
• Respond to customer needs and service issues
• Protect Company Assets and Physical Inventory
• Cash Management and Bank Deposits
• Build Sales and Maintain Proper Stock Levels
• Merchandising - Schematics, Plan-o-grams and Recovery
• Ordering, Receiving and Processing Freight
• Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
• Previous supermarker/grocery industry or retail management experience
• Bilingual (English and Spanish verbal and written communication)
• Clean background
• Flexibility with shift coverage
