Founded in 1997, we originally built our business based on the traditional temporary staffing company model. As a staffing service, Trend focuses on satisfying temporary and direct-hire employment needs. Our commitment to superb customer service quickly allowed us to become one of the largest staffing companies in the North Texas Corridor, growing to five locations around the Dallas / Fort Worth area.

In 2001, that commitment led Trend to go beyond traditional staffing services to offer PEO services as well. In addition, we have since added additional human resource support and consulting services.  As a full HR services company, Trend offers clients a full array of human resources options, including work comp, benefits rivaling the largest companies, and HR support and consulting services.

Since that time we have continued to grow tremendously. We are now in our fifth year on Inc.'s list of the 5,000 fastest growing private companies in the US.  We have been recognized as one of the “Largest Staffing Services” in the Dallas / Fort Worth metroplex for three years in a row by the Dallas Business Journal.
